First Journal entry on my new website.

Although my studio as paper roll backdrops and a graffiti wall as well as a brick wall to photograph against I wanted something a bit different and unique to me and my clients. As well as a photographer I also do mixed media artwork so decided to make my own backdrops. Lots of research at last let me find a company that supplies the highest grade canvas and another where I found the best type of paint. Practice after practice trying things out and a spare bedroom emptied and covered in plastic sheeting so it looks like a scene from Dexter and I have what I am looking for. A couple of photo sessions to try it out and leaving it on the floor to be walked on I am happy with both its looks and durability.

Lots more canvas now ordered and various paint colours sourced to make many more.
