Hi there, I`m Rob

I was born in Wales and moved to England in my mid 20s and am a
proud father and grandfather. Having spent a lot of time
photographing some of the most underprivileged people around the
world for charities and NGO,s I am well aware the power of
photography to record the most important times of peoples lives.
From my early days of film photography to the current use of high
end digital I know that it’s not the equipment but the connection
between subject and photographer that change a snap into a
photograph that has meaning.

I have a natural curiosity about people and love to chat about
anything and everything and probably have what some would call a
dry sense of humour. Its often because of this that I am able to catch
that expression that can mean so much to the person being
photographed and their family.

My most precious possessions are photographs of my late mother
and father as well as a few of my grandparents and I really believe
that a printed image is so much better than some digital files on a
computer or a memory stick.

Three things I love. Rugby, animals and coffee which goes well with
brie and bacon in French bread. When I’m not capturing a wedding
or portrait session you will find me in front of the TV with a large
mug of fresh coffee, the afore mentioned bacon and brie while
watching Wales beat England at the Principality Stadium.

That’s a few bits about my story so now I want to hear about you
rs
and document that life event so that you will have those special
images that become your heirlooms for generations to come.
