Rob is a freelance photographer based in East Anglia. He has 30 years of experience and is a Licentiate of The Royal Photographic Society and a member of The Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers and The Society of International Media & Press Photographers. Rob works locally, nationally and internationally providing a wide range of images for a variety of clients.

Finding an emotional connection between the viewer and the subject is essential for Rob's portraiture. Working in the studio or, more likely, on location he captures the spirit of his subjects and gives the viewer real insight into lives both ordinary and extraordinary.

Rob covers many events specialising in providing reportage style images which transport the viewer to the midst of the action and give a real feeling of being there. His event photography shows a deep understanding of capturing the feel of any occasion, big or small.

Visual art is an area in which Rob's eye for colour and composition come to the fore. Working in many different styles with a wide range of subjects his images suit any environment from vintage to contemporary, home to corporate.

Working closely with the happy couple, Rob tailors his wedding packages to suit each individual occasion, from traditional church weddings to civil ceremonies. Working exclusively with digital camera and, if necessary, an assistant, Rob will provide a unique record of this very special day.

Rob has extensive experience working with charities and has undertaken many projects at home and abroad. His empathetic and respectful approach to this difficult subject matter insures he can tell stories of hardship, deprivation and disability with maximum impact.

Experienced at photographing many different animals from domestic to the more exotic Rob gives his pet portraits a unique feel, reflecting the individual characteristics of each animal and capturing their spirit.
